Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and social gatherings.
2. Collaborate with event coordinators to develop event concepts, themes, and timelines.
3. Coordinate event materials, including signage, promotional materials, and attendee registration.
4. Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, speakers, sponsors, and vendors.
5. Help maintain event budgets and track expenses.
6. Assist with post-event evaluations, including gathering feedback and analyzing event success metrics.
7. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
