Electronic Assembler - Up to $20.90/hr.
Title: Assembler (1st & 2nd Shift)
Compensation: Up to $20.90/hr.
Shift/Working Hours: 1st and 2nd Shift available | Long Weekends

About the role:
PrideStaff is partnering with a well-established, highly-respected manufacturer in Black Mountain to find dedicated Assemblers for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to perform intricate, precision work in a climate-controlled environment with comprehensive training provided.
What you will do:

• Operate semi-automatic and automatic winding machines, including bobbin winders.
• Follow work orders and detailed procedures to ensure precision with every part.
• Perform intricate work using 10x and 20x magnification.
• Utilize various hand tools (such as trimmers) to trim wire and thread.
• Work with mechanical counters and make necessary adjustments to equipment.
• Submit the first set of coils from each new spool for electrical checks.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and good manual dexterity in both hands.
• Strong, dedicated attention to detail and excellent visual capability.
• The ability to sit for long periods and perform close, precision work.
• Basic general math skills, including working with decimals and fractions.
