Responsibilities Site Merchandising & Product Management Manage product listings, uploads, categorization, and on-site presentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and marketing initiatives. Merchandize the site to optimize product visibility and conversioncurating homepage features, product collections, and navigation for key launches and seasons. Partner with design and marketing teams to refresh banners, landing pages, and seasonal collections. Conduct regular site audits to ensure products are correctly displayed, pricing and availability are accurate, and all links and imagery are functioning. Optimize product copy, metadata, and site content for SEO and user experience. Use data to identify top-performing and underperforming products and recommend changes to category placement or assortment. Campaign & Promotion Support Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Set up discounts, promotional pricing, and coupon codes within the ecommerce platform. QA site updates prior to campaign launches to ensure a flawless customer experience. Analytics & Optimization Monitor daily and weekly site performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends. Track product and category performance to inform merchandising decisions. Assist in testing new site features, layouts, or tools aimed at improving conversion and engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with inventory and operations teams to ensure accurate stock levels and product availability online. Support customer service by providing product and site information when needed. Communicate effectively with marketing, design, and fulfillment teams to ensure all site updates and initiatives are executed on time. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications 24 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital retail operations. Proficiency with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento. Understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and ecommerce KPIs. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with data and reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the fashion, beauty, or retail industry preferred.
