What is my role?

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive eCommerce expert to join our team and serve as a key problem solver and implementation lead for strategic initiatives directed by the VP of Business Operations. This role is ideal for a critical thinker with strong analytical and technical skills, who thrives on tackling complex challenges, streamlining processes, and living in the day-to-day workflows of our ecommerce marketplaces and channels.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with the VP of Business Operations to assess, prioritize, and execute new initiatives across digital commerce channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues across eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless order flow, product data accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Lead implementation of process improvements, system integrations, and automation initiatives to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, operations, developers, merchandising, and finance to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects.
  • Document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and provide training where necessary to ensure sustainability of solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing tools, processes, and reporting methods.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, eCommerce, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, data modeling).
  • 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, business analysis, or related role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with ERP, OMS, or PIM systems (SAP, ChannelAdvisor, Shopify, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, etc.), preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Power BI or other data visualization/BI tools, preferred.
  • Background in apparel, retail, or consumer goods industries, preferred.
