Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and analytics, with a passion for driving conversions and optimizing customer experiences. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to manage our online store effectively and implement innovative marketing strategies.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales.
  • Utilize SEO tools to optimize product listings and website content for search engines, enhancing organic visibility.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve the user experience and increase sales funnel efficiency.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to engage customers and promote products.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to produce high-quality marketing materials, including graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Oversee website management using WordPress, ensuring all content is up-to-date and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to inform decision-making and refine marketing strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth and improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns with a focus on segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Utilize Google Ads and SEM strategies to drive paid traffic to the website while optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, e-commerce technologies, and consumer behavior.

Skills
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques for effective keyword research and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization strategies.
  • Experience with social media marketing, particularly Facebook Advertising.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
  • Knowledge of WordPress as a content management system.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices and marketing automation tools.
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing principles including performance marketing.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and related technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Ability to analyze data effectively using SQL for reporting purposes.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling product descriptions and promotional content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
