Job Opportunity - Director of Sales

Join Enumerix, Inc. which has developed a novel, high-fidelity, single-molecule digital PCR platform to enable high-throughput, precise detection and enumeration of nucleic acids, with unprecedented precision, multiplexy, sensitivity, and simplicity. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Sales. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue, and build and lead our sales team to become the market leader in digital PCR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, cultivate and close high-value customers as initial users of the Enumerix UltraPCR platform
• Define and refine go-to-market strategies
• Build the sales organization with high-performing, sales professionals with with a track record of success in digital PCR and related fields
• Establish best practices for CRM management, and accurately forecast revenue via CRM
• Work collaboratively with the R&D team, marketing, finance, and legal

Requirements :

Education : B.S./B.A. in a life science-related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

Experience : A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and sales management, with a demonstrated focus in diagnostics, next generation sequencing, genomics, or related fields.

• Successful track record of introducing novel technologies to market and driving rapid growth

• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 40%
