Position Overview Renewal by Andersen is seeking experienced Lead Generators for Door-to-Door Canvassing (lead generation). Lead Generators work directly with homeowners to generate firm appointment leads for Design Consultants to conduct a homeowner-focused consultative selling experience. Success is determined by the ability to connect with homeowners, provide an exceptional homeowner experience, and achieve strong results. Responsibilities include organizing in-home consultations, addressing customer process questions, and giving a brief introduction to our products and services. Position Type & Schedule W-2: part-time, non-benefited, non-exempt, at-will 1099: (W-9) positions available Growth potential to full-time (W-2) lead role for high performers Schedule: Part-time; 25 to 28 hours per week, 10 am–9 pm, Monday–Saturday; holiday shifts as needed Compensation Potential target earnings of $1000 to $3000+ bi-weekly (base pay plus commission).
