About the Role

The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief of People and Culture (DCPC) to lead its human resources function and play a pivotal role in the organization's growth. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to executives and senior leadership, providing creative HR solutions that align with a high-growth work environment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies that support the business plan, leading talent acquisition and management, performance management, training and development, and ensuring that HR policies and programs are in line with the company's mission and strategic objectives. The DCPC will also champion a strong, values-led organizational culture grounded in equity and will be instrumental in rolling out a new Shared Humanity Framework that fosters empathy, collaboration, and a sense of belonging. The ideal candidate for the DCPC role at the company will have a proven track record in HR leadership, with a focus on equity and inclusion. They should be adept at overseeing all aspects of HR functions, from talent acquisition to succession planning, and be experienced in developing and implementing competitive and equitable compensation and benefits plans. The role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies that support the organization's mission and vision. The DCPC will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance with all regulations. A key aspect of the role is to provide supportive organizational leadership that develops employees through coaching and inspiration, and to lead a team of professionals in the HR and professional learning space.
