Position: Dental Hygienist
Location: 100 Brevco Plaza, Suite 104, Lake St. Louis, Missouri 63367

Compensation:

• Sign on Bonus: $5,000
• Pay: $42-50 Per hour (flexible)
• Daily Bonus Opportunity

Schedule:

• Monday 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Tuesday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Requirements:

• Team player with a positive attitude
• Open-minded and willing to learn
• Ability to work at a fast pace

Additional Information:

• Team members should arrive 20-30 minutes before office hours for preparation and morning huddle.
• Straight through 7-hour days with no built-in lunch break.
• Willing to accept new grads.

Minimum Qualifications  

• Current dental hygienist license in MO
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
