We are in need of a Part-time Dental Assisting Instructor.

As a Dental Assisting Instructor, you will be required to demonstrate and model the expertise expected of a Dental Assistant Professional.

Qualifications:

· Must have at least a diploma in Dental Assisting from accredited school (degree preferred)

· 2 years dental assisting experience

· Prior teaching dental assisting classes experience

· Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

· Professionalism is a Must

· Be well versed in the Dental Assisting Field

· Must have Computer and Administrative Skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Teach a mixture of in person and online classes.

· Maintains accurate records of attendance and grades to turn into registrar in a timely manner.

· Provides instruction and supervises student training for Dental Office.

· Prepares and administers examinations, student projects and other teaching aids needed to fulfill objectives of program.

· Maintains clean, effective and professional learning environment.

· Attends all scheduled in-service activities and meetings.

· Maintains discipline and enforces school rules and regulations.

· Participates in graduation ceremonies and other school events
