Compensation:  Starting pay $25.00/Hr + benefits
Shift: Day Shift - 11:00am - 9:00pm
Location: 23226 Witte Rd SE, Maple Valley, WA 98038

Hustle Logistics LLC is a Delivery Service Partner that delivers packages on behalf of Amazon. Delivery drivers on our team earn starting pay of $25/Hr, along with great benefits including up to $5250/year in education benefits, 2 weeks of Paid Time Off, a 401(k) with retirement matching, weekly pay, and medical, dental, and vision health benefits. At Hustle Logistics, we understand the benefit and reward of a hard days work. Being a package delivery driver is challenging, but also gives you a sense of pride an accomplishment by providing a valuable service to our communities. Delivery drivers on our team work shifts ranging from 8-10 hours on average and will be continually walking, bending, lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs, working in confined spaces, and driving delivery vehicles. While we value hard work, we will never compromise safety.

Delivery Driver Benefits

• Hourly Pay:  Starting pay of $25.00 per hour.
• 2 Weeks Paid Time Off:  Employees begin accruing PTO on their first day and can earn approximately 2 weeks of PTO each calendar year. PTO may be used for any personal time and vacations.
• Weekly Pay:  We pay every Friday via direct deposit.
• 3 Day Weekends:  Our full-time team members work 4 days a week, including at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

• Career Growth:  We are a small team and just beginning our journey with Amazon. As a new company, we will be looking for high-performing delivery drivers to take on additional roles. Promotion opportunities including lead drivers, trainers, dispatchers, fleet managers, and more!

Delivery Driver Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive a non-DOT regulated van delivering packages to your community
• Work 4-5 days per week and up to 11 hours per day, including breaks with shifts available seven days a week.
• Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
• Load and offload packages from the truck
• Deliver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld devices for routing information, and customer delivery information

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
• You must accept text messages from Company managers and other authorized Company employees regarding your schedule, performance, and other Company matters on your personal cell phone
