• Responsible for utilizing Northside data repositories and external data sources to collect, aggregate and analyze large amounts of data in order to provide valuable and actionable insights for the organization.
• Expertise in deep learning, statistical processing, regression techniques, decision trees, clustering, pattern recognition, probability theory and data science methods and the mathematical theories underlying these data tools.
• This position may develop predictive and prescriptive models to address complex problems, discover insights and identify opportunities using statistical techniques and data mining.
• This position will collaborate and communicate with Northside Departments, including the Quality Department, in order to create analytic measures to drive proactive change and predict outcomes.

1. B.S. degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Health Science or proven relevant experience.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
3. Ability to quickly learn and synthesize new technologies with existing technologies, self disciplined and works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
4. Proficient in advanced statistical programming languages and methods.
5. Proficient in SQL and programming scripting languages.
6. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with translating technical skills into the conceptualized product.
7. Ability to develop predictive and prescriptive models on large scale datasets to address various business problems through leveraging advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining techniques.
8. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
