As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule:
  • Full-Time 
  • Part-Time
  • 7:00am-3:00pm Sunday-Thursday
  • 7:00am-3:00pm Friday & Saturday
  • 3:00pm-11:00pm Tuesday- Saturday
  • 3:00pm-11:00pm Sunday & Monday
  • 11:00pm-7:00am Sunday-Thursday
  • 11:00pm-7:00am Friday & Saturday
• Competitive hourly wage of $23.00 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a valid security license or can obtain one.
• You have a valid driver's license.
• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You have 2 years of prior security experience.
• You have Strong proficiency with technology.
• You have 2 years of cctv surveillance experience.
• You are CPR certified or can obtain a certification.
