DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this essential role, you will work independently managing complex projects and tasks with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include composing and proofreading letters and reports from drafts or source documents and utilizing various office equipment to complete tasks. You will provide administrative assistance to agency administrators, including mailing, filing, and note-taking for meetings. Effective communication will be key as you answer calls, take messages, and offer basic information and assistance to consumers. You will be expected to handle care management files, verify income, request medical records, and maintain databases. Our team will also rely on you to generate surveys, assist with billing procedures for agency providers, and manage conference room calendars. Our ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively while maintaining efficiency in a busy office environment.
Work Schedule and Additional Information: - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- May have irregular hours, including evenings, weekends or holidays
- May have overnight travel or out of county travel for meetings or training
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: - Six months as a Clerk 1 and educational development to the level of the eighth grade; or
- Completion of a high school business curriculum; or
- Any equivalent experience and/or training which provided the required knowledges and abilities.

Legal Requirements: - You must pass a background investigation.
- A conditional offer of employment will require a drug screening.
