About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join their team. The CAO will be a key leader, responsible for the overall management of the hospital's day-to-day operations and administrative functions. This includes financial management, human resources, compliance, facilities management, and ensuring operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to align clinical and operational missions, monitor the organization's financial structure, and contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans.
