About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join its executive management team. The CAO will be a key leader in ensuring the organization's physical operations, including facilities, information technology, and overall efficiency, are aligned with its mission of providing care and support to individuals experiencing homelessness. This role involves strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of all operational aspects, with a focus on maintaining best-in-class facilities and technology that meet the needs of the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizational leadership, managing a large administrative team, and spearheading key initiatives to enhance the infrastructure that supports the staff in their vital work. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a deep belief in the organization's mission and a proven track record in operational oversight, particularly in facilities and asset management. A background in a multi-site organization with 24/7 operations is ideal, and experience in leading an IT function is a strong plus. The role requires a pragmatic mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to make decisions that align with the company's goals. The CAO will work closely with the executive team, program staff, and the Board of Directors, and must be adept at managing and mentoring a diverse team.
