• Preferred Shift Times: 8's, 10's, 12's, 16's.
• Other Shift Time: Preferred Variable shifts and possible weekend shifts.
• OT: Not expected but offered.
• Day Shift: Required.
• Weekend - On Call (Pager): Preferred.
• As Needed: Preferred.
• Holiday (Shift): Preferred.
• Holiday (Call): Preferred.
• Other Shift Type: Preferred Variety of 8 to 12 hr shifts and possible weekend shifts.
• Case Type(s): General, Neuro, Ortho.
• Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: Yes.
• Site Charting System: Paper.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 18.
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: No.
• Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
• Accelerated Privileges: Emergency (under 30 days).
• Estimated Privileging Timeframe (days): 45 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
