What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Utilize knowledge and influence to drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Document Hosting
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new upsell opportunities
Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
Conduct outreach to identify potential clients and their needs
Manage accounts of existing clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven track record of success in sales within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
Strong connections and influence within the eDiscovery market
Excellent communication skills for presenting technical details to clients
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in managing client relationships in a sales environment
Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in eDiscovery and litigation support
